Bar Method Baton Rouge's owner Jean Chou discovered Bar Method in Chicago while finishing her Masters degree. As a former swimmer, Jean loves how "the Bar Method gives me the same intense workout I was used to getting in the pool, with the added bonus of muscle definition and full body toning." Jean chose Baton Rouge as the location for her studio, and to move back to Louisiana, for her and her husband to be closer to family.
