Amica Mature Lifestyles Completes Acquisition of Additional Ownership in Amica at Westboro Park
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/01/12 -- Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. ("Amica" or the "Company") (TSX: ACC) announced today that further to its news release of April 24, 2012, it has completed the acquisition of an additional 73.5% ownership interest in Amica at Westboro Park (the "Acquisition").
The additional 73.5% interest in Amica at Westboro Park (located in Ottawa, Ontario), brings the Company's ownership position to 87.5%. The effective date for the Acquisition is June 1, 2012.
Amica at Westboro Park opened in September 2008 and is currently at approximately 87% occupancy.
