Hook Scales - The load on the hook
Large scales are becoming more important for the industry and trade. That is why PCE Instruments UK has recently added new models into their range of products in the area of hook scales. The primary usage of these large scales is within the construction sector.
(firmenpresse) - With the aid of Hook Scales, large loads are measured, where the weighing capacity oscillates between 300 kg and 20 t. In order to weigh crane loads, the scale is fixed on the hook of a crane. Since the hook scales are exposed to the weather, some are solid, resistant to weather and heat produced. Furthermore, they are sometimes delivered with integrated battery and some hook scales possess infrared-remote controls enabling scales to be controlled wireless. The calibration includes laboratory calibration and certification (all contact information is entered on the calibration certificate).
