New IDA-STEP version 4.5 available for preview and purchase
(PresseBox) - IDA-STEP is a universal tool to view and edit your 3D model STEP files. STEP or ISO 10303 stands for "Standard for the Exchange of Product model data"
Version 4.5 of IDA-STEP now available offers new capabilities such as
- support of new AP242 "Managed Model Based 3D Engineering" (ISO/CD 10303-242) for both import and export
- support of new GD&T capabilities of AP242 and many new symbols and techniques in ASME Y14.5-2009, ISO 5459:2011 and ISO 1101:2011
- improved user interface
