FERNBACH and R-Solution enter into a project and marketing partnership
(PresseBox) - The application FINE, which allows process-oriented processing of lending operations ranging from loan applications to payouts and currently supports 240 independent ?Raiffeisen? banks in the sectors ?retail lending and standardised corporate lending?, was jointly developed by R-Solution and Fernbach and taken as the basis for their collaboration at project implementation and marketing level.
About FINE
During the project, all loan management processes were reviewed and optimised for new market requirements. Implementation was performed using a Workflow Engine which enables the banks? business units to easily adapt the processes to new specifications. The requirements of all affiliated Raiffeisen banks were taken into account. Sets of rules for process management were integrated which can be defined individually by the banks and thus reduce maintenance costs for the system.
For technical integration, real time interfaces were assigned to 17 systems to avoid redundancies and inconsistencies in data management and latency of processing times. Thus the existing back-end systems and their data could be used without any migration work.
Thanks to consistent application of the SOA approach on the basis of FlexFinance Lending, an end-to-end lending solution was developed which is fully integrated in the existing system and process landscape of Raiffeisen bank and supports all lending processes.
