This is pure success: With the next two years the rapidly growing company Rezidor Hotel Group will operate a total of five new fashion hotels under the Missoni brand. Besides the already operating premium properties in Edinburgh and Kuwait City a new 250 rooms hotel in Oman (with 50 villas, scheduled opening: 2013, TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 5457), a 120 rooms project in Brasil (scheduled opening: 2014, TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 6480) and a hotel with 110 rooms and 28 villas in Belek/Turkey (2014, TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 9597) will be developed.
The Rezidor CEO Kurt Ritter shows his sense for lifestyle hotels. After the initially failed business model with the Italian fashion brand Cerrutti, the concept now proves to be successful with Missoni. In comparison to Armani, Bulgari, LVMH, Cheval Blanc and Karl Lagerfeld the Missoni Hotels are the strongest brand among fashion labeld hotels.
Rezidor Hotel Group
According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS the Rezidor Hotel Group currently develops 121 new hotels with 26.200 rooms around the world.
According to TOPHOTELCHAINS currently 415 hotels with more than 90.000 rooms are under operation or under construction in 60 countries around the world.
