Chautauqua Capital Management Names Julian Pick Partner
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/11 -- Chautauqua Capital Management, a long only investment management firm serving foundations, corporate and public sector retirement plans, endowments, family offices and sub-advisory platforms, announced today that veteran portfolio manager Julian Pick, CFA, has joined the firm as Partner.

Prior to joining Chautauqua, Mr. Pick was Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner at Sands Capital Management, where his responsibilities included the launch of Sands' Global Growth strategy. Mr. Pick also spent twelve years with Janus Capital in Denver, working as research analyst and then portfolio manager for Janus International Equity, a disciplined growth equity strategy for institutional clients launched in 2004. Mr. Pick also served as Managing Director - Global Equities with Deutsche Asset Management in London. He received his CFA charter in 1993 and holds a BS (Economics) with Distinction from George Mason University in Virginia.
