Bin Deng Named Associate Director U.S. RE Analytics
(firmenpresse) - PEARL RIVER, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/08/11 -- Bin Deng, an expert in Dynamic Financial Analysis (DFA) modeling for the insurance industry, has been appointed Associate Director of U.S. RE Analytics, Anya Kutsina, Principal and Managing Director, announced.
Bin Deng joined U.S. RE Analytics after serving two years as Corporate Actuary in the Economic Capital Unit at the Ace Group in Philadelphia. At Ace, he was a member of the team that developed the Ace Global Capital Model. Earlier, he was Corporate Actuary at the Philadelphia Insurance Company where he focused on Dynamic Financial Analysis (DFA) modeling along with capital allocation, catastrophe, reserving and business planning models.
"Bin Deng brings a wealth of experience in DFA modeling that is rare in our industry. He will be a great asset as we move forward," Kutsina said.
Deng holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Software Engineering from Widener University, Chester, PA; a Master's in Nuclear Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China; and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
