The Jewelry Exchange Launches New Customer Testimonial Program
(firmenpresse) - TUSTIN, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/24/11 -- The Jewelry Exchange announced the launch of their new customer testimonial program: Great Diamond Moments. The program will include a series of television commercials, two minute interview clips, and the launch of their new webpage .
Visitors to the website will have access to excerpts from the interview and are encouraged to leave feedback, or send their story for a chance to be the next featured stars of Great Diamond Moments. The site also links up to the Jewelry Exchange's YouTube channel, where the two minute interview clip will be shown, along with the commercials airing on television stations across America.
They begin the program with Craig and Jana Buchmann, real Jewelry Exchange customers, from Dallas, Texas. Craig, an Oral Surgeon, purchased diamond stud earrings for Jana for their 20th Anniversary in the Jewelry Exchange's Dallas location. He tells us about his experience comparison shopping and finding that the Jewelry Exchange offers the best quality and value, which is why he ultimately chose the Jewelry Exchange and continues to use them as his preferred jeweler.
The Jewelry Exchange plans on continuing the program with new customers, and already has their next featured couple ready to launch. According to company CFO, Sylvia Trujillo, "It has been wonderful to listen to our customers' heartfelt accounts of their experiences with us and we look forward to sharing more Great Diamond Moments."
The Jewelry Exchange is owned by Goldenwest Diamond Corporation who also owns and operates the Jewelry Factory and the Jewelry Source.
