Meadows Bank Successfully Sells Its Third SBA 504 Loan Pool
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/11 -- Meadows Bank, a full service community bank specializing in Small Business Administration (SBA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, announced today it has successfully sold its third SBA 504 loan pool under the SBA First Mortgage Loan Pooling Program.
"We were very pleased with the execution we received on the sale of this 504 loan pool. We have been focusing on SBA 504 loans all year and the pooling program is a great vehicle to help community banks increase their presence in the 504 market. We expect to have one or two more pools available for sale before year end," said Calvin Regan, Senior Vice President and Manager of the SBA Department.
Meadows Bank is an SBA approved pool originator and expects to continue to form and sell loan pools as long as the program is available through the SBA. The program is currently authorized to operate through September 2012.
