Maxim Group LLC Appoints Eric B. Cheng, Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking

During his career, Mr. Cheng has managed over 50 transactions totaling over $7.5 billion across a broad range of products including M&A advisory, equity and debt instruments.
Prior to joining Maxim, Mr. Cheng was Director of Life Sciences Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets and also co-founder and Senior Vice President of the healthcare investment banking group of WR Hambrecht & Co. He has also been an investment banker with Deutsche Bank Securities and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Cheng began his career as a public accountant at Deloitte & Touche. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
