Leading Veterinary Specialty Center in Running for Awards From ASBA and Wells Fargo

It is a finalist for the 2011 Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Awards in the Business Growth category, and Janet (Jan) Woods, Hospital Administrator and Co-Owner of Veterinary Specialty Center of Tucson, is a finalist for The Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) Southern Arizona ATHENA Award for the second year running.
VSCT has doubled the number of specialty services it offers since its opening in 2004 and now has approximately 80 employees.
The Copper Cactus Awards honors Tucson small businesses "for their achievements in creating great workplaces, growing their companies and serving the community." The ATHENA award is the most prestigious recognition a successful woman in business can receive.
