EUERDORF. The expert for automatic lubrication - perma-tec - will present innovative lubrication solutions for escalators, moving sidewalks, speed walks, and elevators at the interlift Augsburg from 18 - 21 October 2011.

Special lubrication solutions for escalators, moving sidewalks, speed walks, and elevators
The automatic lubrication system "perma ECOSY" was designed for escalators, moving sidewalks, and speed walks to lubricate drive chains, step chains, and transport chains.
The interval lubrication provided by perma ECOSY supplies all contact areas of chains with the exact oil amount required. Customized lubrication protects against corrosion, contamination and excessive wear. At the same time, it reduces the total oil consumption and actively contributes to environmental protection. Maintenance related accidents can be tremendously reduced as hard to reach lubrication points can be accessed more safely.
The single-point lubrication system perma STAR VARIO is the main component of another special lubrication solution - the perma ESK (Elevator Service Kit) - developed especially for sliding guides. This lubrication system applies a very thin layer of oil to the guides of elevator compartments. It can be easily installed and reduces vibration and noise. Maintenance downtimes are minimized which reduces costs and maintenance accidents. The extremely thin oil coat on the guides also protects the environment and keeps passenger cabins clean.
Lubrication solutions - "live" at the exhibition booth
At booth no. 5093 (hall 5), perma-tec will demonstrate lubrication solutions "live" with installation examples. Visitors will not only be provided with interesting insights into the world of automatic lubrication, but will also be offered competent advice and customized solutions from perma-tec's lubrication experts.
