(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on August 25, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 19, 2011. The ex-dividend date is August 17, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.03 on August 4, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.97%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on August 25, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 19, 2011. The ex-dividend date is August 17, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.88 on August 4, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.14%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on August 25, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 19, 2011. The ex-dividend date is August 17, 2011. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.30 on August 4, 2011, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.06%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on August 25, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 19, 2011. The ex-dividend date is August 17, 2011.
