(firmenpresse) - MONTEBELLO, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- Provident New York Bancorp (NASDAQ: PBNY), the parent company of Provident Bank, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable August 18, 2011 to holders of record as of August 8, 2011.
