Lorito Holdings S.a.r.l.: Corporate Update
(firmenpresse) - LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/11 -- Lorito Holdings S.a.r.l. ("Lorito") announces that from December 14, 2010 to July 22, 2011 it acquired 3,060,100 common shares of NGEx Resources Inc. (the "Company") at an average price of $2.24 each for total consideration of $6,866,572.47.
The common shares were acquired by Lorito through the trading facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to the acquisition of the common shares, Lorito held 8,649,600 common shares of the Company or 5.9% of the then issued and outstanding share capital of the Company, and Zebra Holdings & Investments S.a.r.l. ("Zebra") owned 15,411,841 common shares of the Company or 10.5% of the Company's then issued and outstanding share capital. The two entities now own an aggregate of 27,121,541 common shares or approximately 18.3% of the Company's current issued and outstanding share capital.
Lorito acquired securities in the Company for investment purposes only and Zebra and Lorito may, in the ordinary course of their business, acquire additional securities of the Company depending on market and other conditions.
