Würth Phoenix reaches the highest certification level in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM competencies
Microsoft Partner Würth Phoenix, belonging to the Würth Group, the worldwide leader in the trade of fastening materials was assigned the new Gold certification for Microsoft Business Solutions.
(PresseBox) - Microsoft strikes a new path in its partner strategy for Microsoft Business solutions. Within the current certification model, the specific competencies regarding ERP and CRM solutions are taken more into account. To customers it offers the possibility to better evaluate their implementation partner?s experience in specific business and industry segments.
Würth Phoenix was assigned the highest certification level regarding Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This status is exclusively granted to partners able to prove their competency in areas related to Microsoft´s offer for business solutions. Beside the continuous assessments for consulting, infrastructure services and international project management standards, the successful recent conclusion of at least 5 projects were taken into account. Würth Phoenix accomplished the issue also due the strong market positioning of its vertical solutions WÜRTHPHOENIX Trade+ based on Microsoft Dynamics AX for wholesale distribution, as well as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM extension WÜRTHPHOENIX Speedy+ for Sales Force Automation.
Würth Phoenix currently employs more than 100 IT specialists in its Italian, German and Hungarian branch offices, of whom over 50 Microsoft Business certified consultants. The company can refer on more than 60 successfully accomplished ERP and CRM projects. The industry focus lies in the wholesale distribution, logistics and sales force automation.
