Pollrich DLK Fan Factories presents "Axial Innovation 2011"
(PresseBox) - Not only their own R & D, but also the intensive co-operation with well-known professors, universities and research institutions ensures continuous innovation at Pollrich DLK Fan Factories in all five product segments.
On the occasion of the ISH in Frankfurt, a separate folder "Axial Innovation 2011" has been dedicated especially to the innovations in the product segment axial fans. The 6-page folder introduces the three new axial product series.
Million investment in new manufacturing technology and the latest tools for product development (CFD, FEM ...) were the basis for new high-efficiency axial fans with efficiencies of 80% and more. As standard, all three product series are equipped with motors according to energy efficiency class IE2.
Toromax by Pollrich DLK - the new low pressure axial fan series. Standard sizes DN250-1600.
ToromaxPro by Pollrich DLK - the new medium pressure axial fan series with guide vanes. Standard sizes DN315-1250.
Optionally, both series are available in Ex-proof design or as smoke extraction fans according to EN 12101-3 in temperature class F300 and F400.
SanmaxPro by Pollrich DLK - the new smoke extraction roof fan series based on the highly efficient medium-pressure axial fans. Suitable for combined exhaustion-/smoke extraction mode for flow rates up to 110000 m³/h. An automatic shutter on the pressure side is already integrated into the casing. The shapely, weight-optimised aluminium design reduces the roof load to a minimum. The new series is certified according to EN 12101-3 for temperature class F300 and F400.
