GEZE Slimdrive SC WK2 - the perfect combination of design and tried and tested safety
(PresseBox) - The new automatic Slimdrive SC WK2 semi-circular/circular sliding door system combines architectural perfection with the highest level of functionality and tried and tested burglary resistance. Slimdrive SC WK2 and the SC-FR WK2 escape and rescue variation from GEZE are as filigree as the proven standard Slimdrive SC variations.
The use of slim profiles and transparent glass elements creates a floodlit, attractive reception area that conveys timeless elegance. The intruder protection according to resistance class 2 cannot be seen. The Slimdrive SC WK2 sliding door system utilises the popular Slimdrive drive unit with a height of just seven centimetres. As a result, this new burglar-resistant door system is ideal for glass facades with slim profiles in post/rail constructions. The large passage space even when external dimensions are narrow together with passing heights up to 3,000 millimetres carried out with MONO or energy efficient ISO-glass made from anti-burglary safety glass cover a wide range of applications enabling customized project solutions.
Slimdrive SC WK2 sliding door systems are fitted with additional locking components for greater resistance to break in attempts. They have been tested according to the component resistance class 2 (WK2) and in accordance with DIN V EN V 1627 to 1630. This means that they are capable of withstanding entry attempts with WK2 class tools like screwdrivers, pliers and wedges as well as static and dynamic loads.
