Opening damper for GEZE TS 5000 door closer systems with ISM guide rail
Invisible protection from damage and injuries
(PresseBox) - In order to prevent damage to doors or even people, GEZE now offers a new opening damper for the GEZE TS 5000 door closer with the ISM guide rail. Thanks to a damping element which is integrated in the guide rail, the additional installation of visible, unsightly limiting stops has become superfluous. This offers the double advantage of good aesthetics as well as the elimination of trip hazards and dust catchers. In addition, the new opening damper prevents uncontrolled impacting of the door and thus minimizes the risk of becoming trapped between the door leaf and the limit buffer. The new opening damper for door systems equipped with TS 5000 door closers is suitable for both single and double leaf door systems and can be used in combination with an electro hold-open device, with an integrated smoke switch for fire protection doors, with an integrated closing sequence control for double-leaf fire and smoke protection doors as well as with the variants with an additional electro hold-open device mounted in the guide rail. Retro-fitting of existing door closers is possible at any time.
