SGS- TÜV GmbH introduced its wide spectrum of electro mobility and functional safety services at the October 2010 eCarTec show in Munich, Germany.
(firmenpresse) - As the electro mobility domain comes closer to becoming a sustainable mobility solution, SGS-TÜV GmbH – company of the SGS group and TÜV Saarland e.V., has developed a service portfolio that enables it to support all the domains of electro mobility (http://www.sgstuev.de/en/business-lines/automotive/electronic-mobility.html) and functional safety (http://www.sgstuev.de/en/business-lines/automotive/functional-safety.html) as an accredited partner. This new spectrum of services has been recently showcased by SGS-TÜV GmbH at eCarTec 2010, the trade fair that brings together all technologies and developments in the e-mobility sector.
In all probability the future will be driven electrically. Whether it is an E-bike, a hybrid vehicle or electrical car, the safety of these vehicles has to have the highest priority. And with that the areas of functional safety, battery safety and the electrical safety of the drive are becoming increasingly important as well. Through its services, SGS-TÜV GmbH can deal with different safety risks, it can identify weak spots and, if required, provide support in all phases of the product development process.
