High-Power Laser Diodes from 1400-1600 nm
(PresseBox) - Seminex' high power laser diodes cover wavelengths from 1400-1600 nm in the near infrared range (NIR). Effective immediately, LASER COMPONENTS will be SemiNex' exclusive distributor in German-speaking countries, as well as in France and Great Britain.
The SemiNex Corporation is the leading supplier of high power laser diodes in the NIR range. Seminex is an American company with its head office near Boston. It was founded in 2003. Thanks to the many years its founders worked in the telecommunications field, Seminex possesses considerable experience and know-how in the development and production of laser diodes.
Product Range
Seminex' product range includes edge-emitting and fiber-coupled laser diodes in the 1400-1600 nm spectral range with an output power of up to 25 W. Different housing options are available. To provide users with more flexibility, many products are also available as laser chips or laser bars.
Fields of Application
Seminex' products are thus optimally suited for use in medical technology, free-space data transmission, and military applications. Complete "plug & play" laser systems are also available.
