Cong Thanh Cement orders first HAVER ROTOCLASSIC® for Vietnam
(PresseBox) - Also the Vietnamese market demands progressive, high performance, compact, and easy to maintain technologies. This is reflected by a recent order for four ROTOCLASSIC® 8 RCC packing machines from Cong Thanh Cement for a cement plant currently under construction in Thanh Hoa, approx. 200 km from Hanoi. This is Vietnam's first order for the new HAVER-ROTO-PACKER generation. Included in the order are two cement and raw mix silos from HAVER's subsidiary IBAU HAMBURG. One special feature of this order is that all sheet metal parts. such as pipes and hoppers. will be fabricated locally by BTC Company in Ho Chi Minh City. Six additional German companies are involved in the construction of the cement plant in addition to HAVER & BOECKER.
The ROTOCLASSIC®, which is based on proven and reliable HAVER technology, is characterized by many advantages. Due to its modular design - where each filling module is in itself practically a fully functional single spout machine - various possibilities exist for possible equipment, according to the needs at hand. And for the purpose of maintenance, a single module can be removed while still allowing the remaining machine to continue packing. Ease of maintenance and operation has been significantly improved. Common wear parts can be exchanged quickly and easily with just a few simple motions of the hand. The machine's compact design requires less space. In addition to high packing speeds, HAVER technology also ensures clean packing operation. Reduced dust and minimum energy consumption are further benefits offered by the RCC.
