The RFID Gas Cylinder tag provides an automated method of identification for the large number of bottles and containers. It can easily be installed on any cylinder shoulders either mechanically or by using industrial turnbuckle. And it has an impressive read range up to 100mm on metal. Besides, every RFID gas tag functions without a battery, making it low cost and reusable for long time.
Integrated the effective RFID tag into the RFID gas cylinder system, it can increase employee and customer safety, reduce cylinder loss and enhance the customer experience. Each gas cylinder is tagged, and data from the tags can be automatically read and stored into the system.
The RFID gas cylinder tag is specially designed to work on the metal surface of the cylinders. With special design, the on metal RFID tag can provide strong adhesion on cylinder even if at high temperatures. The standard size is Internal Diameter 32mm, External Diameter 63mm and other sizes can be customized.
