Wind River and ecosystem partners invite to “Embedded Konferenz”

(firmenpresse) - How to effectively use multi-core technology, meet the growing safety and security needs and by that get more competitive – these questions will be in the focus of Wind River’s first Embedded Konferenz on 24 June 2010. The leading embedded and mobile software company invites decision makers from industry branches like automotive, industry, medical technology, networking, and aerospace and defense who are in charge for embedded projects to the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport. In practical examples, solution presentations and the accompanying exhibition, Wind River demonstrates together with reference customers, industry partners and experts River the huge opportunities opened up by embedded computing today and in future.
The lecturers at the Wind River Embedded Konferenz come from industry-leading companies like Robert Bosch, Continental, EADS, Freescale, IBM, Intel, Kontron, KUKA, Secunet Security Networks, and TÜV Süd and of course from Wind River itself. The conference comprises cross-sector presentations and panel discussions in the morning and a program of lectures in the afternoon that focus in four parallel threads on the sectors industry and medical technology, aerospace and defense, networking, and automotive. The sessions explain how typical embedded computing problems resulting from growing demands for safety and security, performance and connectivity can be solved. In the accompanying exhibition, visitors can review the innovative technologies from Wind River and more than 15 of its ecosystem partners. During the coffee and lunch breaks and the come-together at the end of the conference, attendees have the chance for networking and to clarify individual questions with the experts.
