The German laser manufacturer DATRONIK presents a new COMPACT DESKTOP LASER WELDING SYSTEM
The Datronik Rolf Dachs GmbH based in Rastede, Germany, designs, produces, and distributes high-quality material processing systems for permanent and forgery-proof laser coding, product marking, product identification, laser engraving, as well as for laser welding. The Datronik product range is as varied as its flexible use in many different application fields. Independent on whether a DATA matrix code on metal or plastic has to be applied, expiry date on packaging and foils, ornaments on glass, ceramics, and wood, welded seams on metals, etc., the modern laser technology makes almost everything possible.

The Datronik desktop welding lasers are available in two different power ranges - 60 and 80W. Independent on whether welded seams on electronical components or on other metal and stainless-steel parts have to made, or jewellery has to be fine-cutted and repaired, if the repair of dental prostheses, implants, bridges and medical-technical components is required – the Datronik welders are always the right answer to such tasks.
These desktop laser welders do not just have an excellent design and the latest technology but are also very compact, simple to use and easy to maintain without opening the box. Their sales prices are as attractive as the whole systems themselves.

Datronik was founded by Rolf Dachs in 1965 as a radio and television repair shop.
In 1969 the company started to run an own production of electronic control units for many kinds of industrial applications in addition to the exisiting business.
Another milestone in the history of Datronik was the development and production of the first light & show laser systems in 1981. Important references in this sector are among others the Euro Disney Park in Paris, the Plateau of Gizeh in Egypt, as well as various well-known projects in Dubai, the United States, and Europe.
In 1996 Datronik designed and manufactured their first laser marking system. Since1999 the company has been entirely concentrating on the development and production of a wide range of laser marking systems and components responding to a variety of applications in almost all business fields. Meanwhile, the Datronik production range also includes welding lasers for industrial and dental applications.
The experience gained over many years combined with advanced in-house R & D's facilities ensures a continuous upgrade of the Datronik marking and welding machines, matching the latest technology with evolving market needs.
