Agricultural law – CMU resolution
(firmenpresse) - According to CMU resolutions, agricultural companies which are up to six months overdue in payment of taxes and fees can still apply for state support like other agricultural companies because such debts are not a reason for refusal to make a grant to such them. What is more, such companies can still receive partial compensation for the cost of acquiring Ukrainian made agricultural machines and equipment.
