(firmenpresse) - LVDS is an acronym for Low Voltage Differential Signaling. It is an interface standard for high-speed data transmission of LCD or TFT screens.
Most modern displays use this signaling technique.
One advantage is, that it is supported by many industrial systems like Mini-ITX, Nano-ITX or Pico-ITX boards and the transmission cable lengths can be longer than with a TTL signal.
