Fanatec presents the 24 hour online race „Master of Endurance“ live on Game-TV.com
World record attempt: Presenter Mika Radmer is attempting the world record for the longest live broadcast of an e-sports racing event from the 19th to the 20th of January 2008.
Munich, January 16th, 2008 – On Saturday, 19.01.2008, at 3.30pm the starting signal for the 24-hour race „Master of Endurance“ is given. The event will be presented by Fanatec, manufacturer of first-class racing equipment, and the IP-TV channel Game-TV.com will broadcast the race live and in full.
(firmenpresse) - By leading through the show, presenter Mika Radmer will break his own record from 2006 over 17 hours „live broadcasting of an e-sports event“. „Although many may think that 24 hour presenting is hard, I take my hat off to the teams who have to maintain a high level of concentration and skill for the whole duration of the race“, Mika adds modestly.
During his presenting marathon, Mika Radmer will welcome a number of well-known faces from the „Live For Speed“ scene and he will give away a top-of the range original Porsche 911 Turbo wheel by Fanatec to one lucky viewer
The „Master of Endurance“ (MoE) is an endurance league for the game „Live For Speed“, which is enjoying great popularity in its current, third, season. 30 top-class teams from 18 different countries, amongst them Sweden, Brazil, the USA and France, make the MoE the highest profile LFS league. The race is regarded as the world championship of the game.
The live coverage starts on Saturday, January 19th, 2008 at 3.30pm and ends at 4.15pm on the Sunday.
Game-TV.com broadcast the league already in 2006 and 2007 and it also covered the legendary 12- and 24- hour races in Kyoto and Aston fully and in English language.
