SYSTEMS 2007: ContentServ Provides a First Insight into the New Version 5.1 of the CS EMMS-Suite

ID: 1000241

The Bavarian software producer ContentServ continues to pursue its tightly scheduled succession of releases and will present Version 5.1 of the CS EMMS-Suite at SYSTEMS. Among the most important innovations are the full support of Mozilla Firefox and the integration of InBetween software to meet the demands of high-quality database publishing. ContentServ GmbH presents itself from October 23 to 26 at the SYSTEMS trade fair in Munich, along with its Partners BCDialog, MOSAIQ-MEDIA GmbH, Netpioneer GmbH, und Creative Development GmbH in Hall A2, Stand 321A.

(firmenpresse) - Germany’s second largest ICT trade fair, SYSTEMS, opens its gates again in October with a new concept. SYSTEMS will now be held on four days instead of five. The latest trends and developments from different ICT areas, such as business intelligence, telecommunication, and digital media will be presented at the international exhibition.

ContentServ GmbH’s focus at the fair will be the presentation of Version 5.1 of the CS EMMS-Suite and its compatibility with Mozilla Firefox. Thus all the user-interface functions, which up to now were only available in conjunction with the Internet Explorer, such as drag and drop, context menus by means of a right click, and the html editor can also be used with the cross-platform browser. In addition to the browser support, the integration of InBetween software is a further highlight. This means that in future data from the CS PMS-Suite can be outputted automatically in a variety of media, such as catalogs or price lists more effectively and efficiently. This integration enables ContentServ to achieve an even higher degree of automation, which in turn, facilitates enormous time and cost savings. Version 5.1 has also been extended to include many new functions. These include, for example, fully developed workflow management, which ensures a more detailed definition of processes in the case of all solution components of the CS EMMS-Suite and thus fulfils high demands with regard to transparency and traceability. Furthermore, the integration of form generators will allow editors to create all kinds of forms quickly with a few clicks, i.e. for contact and ordering processes. Additional powerful features which enrich the CS EMMS-Suite 5.1 include the mass processing of attribute fields, as well as the generation of bar codes. The former makes it possible to change and/or process large amounts of data and at the same time substantially reduce the time and energy involved in caring for product data from the CS PMS-Suite for example.

All in all Version 5.1 of the CS EMMS-Suite is a strong tool in order to optimise and streamline all processes in marketing, sales, product management and communications. Anyone who is interested can convince themselves live at ContentServ GmbH’s stand. Together with its partners BCDialog, MOSAIQ-MEDIA GmbH, Netpioneer GmbH and Creative Development GmbH, ContentServ will not only present fully developed software solutions but will also provide a wide range of know-how based on the different core competencies of its partners.
