(PresseBox) - SEPA EUROPE, the specialists for the customized fan cooling of electronic components offers its customers in-house cable assembly. In other words, we offer the entire process from one source - from the first fan enquiry to the customized cable assembly. For the customer this means a quick, low cost and efficient solution.
Many companies find themselves confronted with the challenge of having to buy fans from one provider and commission another provider with the cable assembly. This frequently results in additional costs and longer delivery times. SEPA EUROPE has a quick and flexible solution to this problem: The customers can contribute their requirements concerning the cable assembly as early as the development stage so that they receive not only a fan but also the matching cable assembly from one source.
SEPA EUROPE offers a wide range of options, e.g. cable assembly with various types of connector, wire lengths, pin assignments and materials. The connectors used are supplied exclusively by renowned manufacturers, e.g. Molex or JST to ensure a high service life and reliability of the products. Customized requirements, e.g. heat sink tubing and labelling can also be realized.
In order to meet the desired requirements, the assembled cable harnesses are subject to extensive test procedures. Micrograph analyses and tensile testing is carried out on a random basis.
