Optimal production protection with industrial firewalls
The industrial firewalls of the 1000 and 3000 series (image No. 1) offer a comprehensive security solution for networking, control and protection of interconnected machines and systems. They ensure maximum security thanks to the built-in smart card technology, reliably isolate the machine network and enable the implementation of multiple Industry 4.0 applications simultaneously. These devices also serve as IIoT gateways to enable fast and secure data exchange in the cloud and retrieval from there. Each model can be pre-configured according to customer specifications.
Secure remote maintenance without compromise
Thanks to Industry 4.0, production processes are more interconnected and digitalised, allowing worldwide remote access to machines and systems via the internet. The danger: cybercriminals can gain access to these machines via the internet. The Big-LinX platform (image No. 2) offers the solution for this. With Big-LinX, secure remote maintenance, condition monitoring and data exchange are possible, reducing production downtime and service travel costs. With the self-developed communication protocol World Wide Heartbeat (WWH), IIoT data is secured in the Big-LinX server, without the need for a VPN connection and the risk of cybercriminals.
