Offering a broad frequency range from DC to 67 GHz (depending on the model) and various base models (DPDT relays, SPDT relays, multiple switches with up to 18 individual switch positions), these switches always provide the ideal solution for specific applications.
Similar to all RF switches, customers can choose from numerous additional options such as latching functionality, TTL drivers, extended temperature ranges, or moisture protection. The guaranteed lifespan of 1 million switching cycles ensures the highest reliability ?? especially in safety-critical application areas.
For particularly space-critical applications, Telemeter Electronic proudly introduces its latest models of SP3T to SP6T RF switches. With a footprint of only 30 x 30 mm and a height of 54 mm, these models offer a compact solution. Equipped with SMA connectors, they cover frequencies from DC to 18 GHz and operate at a switching voltage of 12 V DC. Additional options are available upon request.
Another model, the SP3T RF switch, features dimensions of 34.5 x 34.5 mm with a height of 37.1 mm. Here, the SMA connectors, frequency coverage from DC to 18 GHz, and a 12 V DC switching voltage provide a space-saving solution for demanding applications. Supplementary options are also available upon request.
Telemeter Electronic also presents the SP4T RF switch in a rectangular design, measuring 35.0 x 25.4 mm with a height of 41 mm. Covering frequencies from DC to 18 GHz and operating at a 12 V DC switching voltage, this model is ideal for applications with limited space. Custom options are available based on individual requirements even for relatively small quantities.
