VON ARDENNE is the leading supplier of PVD equipment for photovoltaics. With more than 300 systems sold, the German technology company has installed production equipment with an annual manufacturing capacity of around 70 GW for customers around the world.
More throughput: portfolio successfully scaled to even higher productivity
The rapid expansion of photovoltaics to achieve climate goals and the demand for renewable energies require ever more productive manufacturing technology. VON ARDENNE takes this development into account by advancing its proven system portfolio. At the Intersolar, the company will present its equipment lineup with a production capacity of several hundred megawatts up to more than one gigawatt. Thus, the company asserts its claim to leadership in HJT, TOPCon, IBC as well as thin-film technologies.
Next-generation photovoltaics
VON ARDENNE will is also addressing coating solutions for perovskite tandem cells. The company offers technology support, expertise, and equipment for tackling the challenges for the industry in research and development and the transition into pilot production. The emphasis is on scalability. Thus, customers can transfer their results from the R&D stage to a mega- or even gigawatt-scale production.
More manufacturing space and new subsidiary in India
VON ARDENNE is also securing its market position by expanding its worldwide sales and service network and manufacturing capacities. At the headquarters in Dresden, the company has significantly expanded its production and logistics capacities since 2022. With the establishment of a service branch in Chennai, India, it is now also directly represented available for local customers.
