First Tin Plc ("First Tin"or"the Company"): Director/PDMR dealing

(PresseBox) - First Tin Plc ("First Tin" - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/first-tin-ltd/), a tin development company with advanced, low capex projects in Germany and Australia, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Thomas Buenger, Chief Executive Officer at the Company, has purchased 500,000 shares in First Tin at a price of 9 Euro cents per share on Monday 15 May 2023.

Following this transaction, Thomas Buenger holds a beneficial interest in 4,010,400 Ordinary Shares representing 1.51 per cent of the Company s issued share capital.
