HMF strengthens its commitment to Austria with new subsidiary
(PresseBox) - The HMF family is growing in Austria. HMF Smart Solutions takes over Hytera Austria (formerly 3T Communications AG) as a wholly owned subsidiary, announcing this to the outside world with a new company name: The TETRA specialists from Vienna are now strengthening the range of services offered by the entire group of companies as HMF Smart Solutions Austria.
"At HMF Smart Solutions we continue to expand our portfolio of services for our customers. We have already enjoyed many years of excellent cooperation with the team from Vienna. Under one roof, we can now move even closer together, create new synergies and continue to grow together," says CEO Matthias Klausing, expressing his excitement for the next major milestone in the company s now more than 40-year history.
"We have already been able to implement several successful projects with HMF Smart Solutions in the past. We can now intensify this and significantly strengthen our collective expertise. We are very pleased to now be part of the HMF family," says HMF Smart Solutions Austria Managing Director Michael Tittensor.
HMF Smart Solutions and HMF Smart Solutions Austria are already working together on current projects and implementing service orders for customers. Both organisations are already closely linked and will further develop and expand the HMF Smart Solutions service portfolio in the future.
