Successful digital premiere of the BAVARIA C46 at boot 2023
(PresseBox) - The BAVARIA C46 is BAVARIA YACHTS new sailing yacht of the year for 2023. At boot 2023, BAVARIA YACHTS will present the BAVARIA C46 in Hall 16 and delight visitors to the show with the further development of the successful BAVARIA C-Line concept.
With the new BAVARIA C46, BAVARIA YACHTS is consistently continuing the success story of its C-Line. The BAVARIA V-bow and the distinctive chines at the stern ensure optimal sailing characteristics and create more space below deck and thus more possibilities for use. Thanks to a clever option and package logic, the BAVARIA C46 can be individually configured to meet your personal requirements without having to compromise on important features. This applies just as much to the handling and enjoyment of sailing as it does to feeling good and living on and below deck.
For those who like to sail with a large crew, choose the 5-cabin version with three bathrooms for maximum privacy for each crew member. For owners who like to have their children and their friends on board, the classic 3-cabin version with a large owner s cabin forward, plus a double-decker cabin for the children s friends amidships, is the perfect layout. Four cabins, each with its own bathroom, is the best layout choice when travelling with four couples.
The BAVARIA C46 offers a variety of choices and uses with its new utility room concept forward of the aft cabins. For plenty of storage space and the possibility for a washer/dryer combination, the utility room to starboard can be chosen. If a medium utility room with toploader washing machine to port meets the requirements, there is space to starboard for a bathroom with separate shower, or the double-deck cabin.
The salon is the central place on board and the meeting place for the whole crew. This is where we plan the coming trip, eat together, simply relax or quickly answer a few emails from the office. The skylights, hatches and large hull windows are part of the new lighting concept in the saloon of the BAVARIA C46. With the large U-shaped sofa to starboard and the galley to port, nothing stands in the way of a large crew dinner. The navigation corner, slightly elevated directly next to the galley, fulfils several functions. At sea, of course, it is the place for all important navigational decisions and the control centre for all electrical systems on board. In port, it is the ideal place for the office on board and a wonderful place for the first coffee in the morning.
Characteristic of all BAVARIA yachts, the BAVARIA C46 also has an extra-large cockpit with an equally large bathing platform. Optionally with a large central cockpit table or two lowerable cockpit tables, the cockpit can be transformed into a sunbathing area in no time at all. Thus, the BAVARIA C46 is also prepared for every requirement in this area from the shipyard. Wide running decks and plenty of space on the forecastle are part of all C-Line models.
In the development of the BAVARIA C46, the BAVARIA development team and Cossutti Yacht Design have managed to balance optimum space, perfect sailing characteristics and easy handling.
