(PresseBox) - Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX:GMR) (Golden Rim or Company- https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/golden-rim-resources-ltd/) is undertaking a 1 for 2 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to acquire New Shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.03 per share, as announced by the Company on Friday, 9 December 2022 (Entitlement Offer).?

The Company advises that it has extended the closing date of the Entitlement Offer from Friday 13 January 2023 to Wednesday 25 January 2023 owing to the holiday season and time taken for some shareholders to receive their Entitlement Offer documentation. ?

The Company wishes to remind Eligible Shareholders to access the Offer Documents and their personalised online Entitlement and Acceptance form via the Entitlement Offer website: https://events.miraqle.com/gmr-offer.

Shareholders requiring assistance in relation to the Entitlement Offer or that are unable to access their Entitlement details and Entitlement Offer Booklet electronically should contact the Offer Information Line on 1300 131 678 (callers within Australia) or +61 1300 131 678 (callers outside Australia) at any time between 8:30am and 5:00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday during the Entitlement Offer period.
