Kouri sale additional update
(PresseBox) - West African gold explorer Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR; Golden Rim or Company - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/golden-rim-resources-ltd/) advises the following update regarding receipt of payments for the sale of its Burkina Faso assets.
At the request of the buyer, BAOR SARL, Golden Rim has granted BAOR SARL a two-week extension to complete financing arrangements. The first and second payments totalling US$6,000,000 are now due to be paid by Monday 15 August. The Share Sale Agreement provides that simple interest of 8% is payable on outstanding amounts.
