Kouri sale update
(PresseBox) - West African gold explorer Golden Rim Resources Ltd (ASX: GMR; Golden Rim or Company - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/golden-rim-resources-ltd/) advises the following update regarding receipt of payments for the sale of its Burkina Faso assets.
The buyer, BAOR SARL, has advised of a delay for the initial payment of US$600,000, which was due to be paid to Golden Rim by 19 July 2022, and the second payment of US$5.4 million, which was due to be paid to Golden Rim by 27 July 2022. Both payments are now to be paid within 15 calendar days. The Share Sale Agreement provides that simple interest of 8% is payable on outstanding amounts.
