Ban single-use plastic lids with reclosable reusable lids
(firmenpresse) - The Saxony-based company CUPEX has developed a coffee-to-go reusable lid that, with its outstanding functional properties, is intended to completely replace the widespread single-use plastic lids.
The CUPEX? reusable lid has a large, oval drinking opening for a familiar taste experience using a cup or a glass and can also be closed (again) easily using the patented Easy Slide Lid technology. The lid thus ensures effective beverage protection to the inside and the outside.
The CUPEX? reusable lid can be simply and snag-free attached to all coffee-to-go cups with a standard diameter of 90 mm. It fits both the common disposable paper cups and the latest reusable cups from Starbucks, McDonalds or Tiffin Loop.
The lid is made exclusively from high-quality, temperature-resistant polypropylene, PP without the addition of other plastics and is therefore easily recyclable. It is tasteless and odorless and 100% free of toxic BPA and acryl nitrite.
The three components of the lid are held together by an intelligent, snap-in plug connection. This can be easily removed for cleaning by hand or in the dishwasher. Before the next use, the CUPEX? reusable lid is then simply put back together.
