Laser for positioning: Proven solution for safe mobility
At the booth, you will experience, among other things, the ZM18 models established in the industry for a wide variety of positioning applications. For example, these lasers with their different wavelengths and line optics with optimum visibility are used in tire assembly, among other applications. Since accuracy and reproducibility are important in the production of tires, the Freiburg-based company will also be presenting precision mounts for positioning lasers at its booth. These have been developed for and with leading tire manufacturers.
Lasers for machine vision: Highest precision for reliable quality
Z-LASER s second focus at Tire Tech 2022 will be lasers for machine vision. These are used, among other things, to efficiently measure tire tread depths in an automated manner. This increases vehicle safety, reduces the need for maintenance and repair, and saves time. While the ZX laser stands for highest precision even in the most demanding applications, the ZQ1 series enables maximum illumination intensity for high-speed measurements.
