Franz Praxenthaler becomes Chief Financial Officer
(PresseBox) - Franz Praxenthaler has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to the Management Board of Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG, as of April 1st, 2022.
Franz Praxenthaler began his professional career with an apprenticeship as a precision mechanic at Rosenberger. He was given management responsibilities at an early stage, initially as head of production and later, after continuous professional development, as head of controlling and finance.
In 2010, he became commercial managing director of Hörl Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG, which is part of the Rosenberger group. With proven success in all functions ever taken over and with the profound knowledge of the family values and the company tradition, he will be responsible for the areas of finance and controlling at board level as CFO and will significantly shape the further development of the corporate group in the management together with Eric Küppers (Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 1.5.2021).
