DeFi Technologies Completes Acquisition of 10% of SDK:meta
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, June 14, 2021 -- DeFi Technologies Inc. (the Company or DeFi Technologies) (NEO: DEFI, GR: RMJR, OTC: DEFTF) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated June 8, 2021 it has completed the acquisition of a 10% equity interest in SDK:meta, LLC (SDK:meta) a privately held web3 blockchain technology company driving mass adoption of user-centric platforms and mobile consumption of decentralized finance and related offerings (the Acquisition).
Pursuant to the Acquisition, DeFi Technologies issued 3,000,000 common shares of the Company to SDK:meta in exchange for a 10% equity interest of SDK:meta. No finders fee were paid in connection with the Acquisition.
SDK:meta and DeFi Technologies intends to form a partnership to pre-install DeFi Technologies decentralized finance ecosystem of products inside of the SDK:meta platforms.
