Pasinex Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ON - May 3, 2021 - Pasinex Resources Limited (CSE: PSE) (FSE: PNX) (The Company or Pasinex) today announced that it has approved the issuance of 8,500,000 incentive stock options of the Company to the Board and management of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.04 per share for a period of five years from the issue date of April 30, 2021.
