CENTR Brands Corp. Signs Distribution Agreement with Southern Glazer''s Wine & Spirits

(the Company) (CSE: CNTR, FRA: 303, OTC: CNTRF) today announced a U.S. distribution agreement with Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazers) - the worlds preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol. Under the agreement, Southern Glazers will distribute CENTR ä and CENTR ä Sugar Free, the Companys sparkling, citrus beverages infused with hemp-derived CBD.
We are thrilled to be one of Southern Glazers first CBD beverage suppliers, said Company CEO Joseph Meehan. As the premier distributor of beverage alcohol in the U.S., Southern Glazers will introduce CENTR to tens of thousands of retailers and on-premise clients.
