New dimension for industrial cleaning: operation near to zero waste
Practical example: JetMaster easily cleans considerable limescale residues from coated hybrid coolers.
(PresseBox) - The sensitive fins of the seven consecutively positioned coolant lines were heavily coated with lime residues. The visible surfaces looked relatively clean due to previous cleaning attempts. One of these cleaning attempts was obviously carried out with the use of chemicals. However, almost the entire exchanger volume was still heavily coated with lime deposits, which were still "clogged" by the use of chemicals in some areas.
The mechanical cleaning of the coated hybrid coolers with the patented mycon system JetMaster was carried out by Kipp Umwelttechnik, the sister company of mycon GmbH.
The JetMaster was used without interrupting the operation of the plant while the rotors were running. Part of the residue was transported to the outside through the rotors.
JetMaster was able to completely remove the lime deposits without damaging the sensitive surfaces.
