The company fits perfectly with Bossard''s long-term vision of identifying important trends in the industry at an early stage and playing a decisive role in shaping them.
The decisive factor in the acquisition of the shareholding was the outstanding technology which, in Bossard''s view, precisely meets the needs of the industry. With the innovative
MM-Welding technology, the automotive and transport industry can be offered fastening solutions that open completely new possibilities.
