(RRIF) confirm the acquisition of the property in SAN VICENTE DE CAMBUGAN, Ecuador, with 9,190 Hectares + or - of rainforest and highlands, land with Equatorial Mesothermal Climate Semi Wet, with waterfalls, high biodiversity of endemic flora and fauna, with around 45,000 plants species, and around 3,400 vertebrate.
For which the pertinent documents have been signed and the payments with Titles of ownerships and values, made according to the negotiations, the company''s main shareholder, Mr. KURT SCHAFER, has served as a present witness of the closing of this negotiation.
