Studies confirm: Flottweg is an excellent employer
(PresseBox) - Flottweg SE from Vilsbiburg is one of the absolute top employers in the region of Landshut: In cooperation with WELT, a German national newspaper, the Cologne-based analysis institute ServiceValue GmbH conducts large regional and national surveys to assess the attractiveness of German companies to the general public. "Germany''s Best Employers", reflects the results of the studies by ranking the companies. Flottweg SE was among the best companies in the Landshut district.
Flottweg is one of the largest employers in the Landshut region with more than 1000 employees worldwide, 800 of which are based in Vilsbiburg. The trend is clearly an upward one. However, not only the number of new hires is impressive, but also the employees'' long years of employment with the company and the low fluctuation rate. All these are signs that employees feel comfortable in a company, that they enjoy going to work and that the employer has a good image.
This image has now been officially endorsed. The study "Germany''s Best Employers" consists of a large number of surveys, which are conducted in succession. Companies with locations throughout Germany that have a high level of public recognition as employers are evaluated according to their attractiveness (image). This survey revealed that Flottweg is one of the best employers in the Landshut region.
